Vinny is a very sweet, friendly, playful, energetic, CUTE, adorable Yorkshire Terrier.  Vinny was an owner surrender, and had a rough start in life with an owner that was neglectful.  As such he was never vetted, trained, or socialized.  Since coming to our rescue, he has begun his vaccination process, has been neutered, and is thankfully, in overall good health.  Never having been vetted, or trained, Vinny reached sexual maturity, and is obsessed with female dogs.  While this is a behavior that may abate as time goes on now that he has been neutered, we don't suggest he end up in a household with any female fur sisters!  He is a typical friendly, energetic Yorkie, that loves his "Monkey" pet stuffed animal, and is doing great with his potty training, and crate training.  He gets along just fine with male dogs, and even cats.  This wonderful and cute little guy will end up being a great companion for the right family, and he most certainly deserves one, after his rough start in life!

Puppies that are under 4 months old cannot be adopted outside of our Veterinary Service area.  Please call for specific locations.

Children under 8 years old often are not a good match for our puppies and dogs.   In order to protect both, your child and our rescued dogs/puppies from harm, we seldom if ever adopt to families with young children.

Once your application is approved, we will schedule a meet and greet at one of our adoption events.  Thank you for considering a rescue!

The adoption fee includes vaccinations, Bordetella, de-worming, rabies, spay/neuter and microchip. There is a an additional $12.99 fee for Home Again for a lifetime registration of the microchip.

Puppies cannot be adopted outside of the Houston area until they are spay/neutered after they are 4 months old.

It is against the law in the State of Texas for a rescue not to be sterilized so we have to make sure it gets completed and that we have record of it.
