Hello There!    I see you found me!   I am a gorgeous, playful, loving Mastiff mix boy who is looking for a family to love me forever.   I was literally thrown out of a car at a local park.   The person who saw this, grabbed me up and rushed me to the Vet to make sure I was ok.    

It isn't fair that I was abandoned like that - it was scarey.   But that's all behind me now.   I am with Adopt A Rescued Friend now and they will make sure that I am placed in a loving, active family that won't abandoned me again.

I am going to be a big boy, so will need lots of room and exercise.   I would love some kids to play with and adults who will make sure that I get lots of walks and adventure.

ADOPTION FEE:  The adoption fee includes vaccinations, bordetella, deworming, rabies, Microchip including a lifetime registration and spay/neuter.  

PUPPIES   Texas State law requires that we sterilize any animal adopted through this agency.     This will normally occur between 5 and 6 months at one of our approved veterinarians at the expense of the rescue.

Children under 8 years old  often are not a good match for our puppies and dogs.   In order to protect both, your child and our rescued dogs/puppies from harm, we seldom if ever adopt to families with young children.

Approval:  You will be notified via email once your application is approved.  Once notified, we will schedule a meet and greet at one of our approved locations.   Thank you for considering a rescue!

The adoption fee includes vaccinations, Bordetella, de-worming, rabies, spay/neuter and microchip. There is a an additional $12.99 fee for Home Again for a lifetime registration of the microchip.

Puppies cannot be adopted outside of the Houston area until they are spay/neutered after they are 4 months old.

It is against the law in the State of Texas for a rescue not to be sterilized so we have to make sure it gets completed and that we have record of it.

AARF is a 501(c)3 Non Profit, all breed, no kill organization. Our group is always in need of donations in order to continue to give the needed medical care to our rescues.
