Jimmy is a German Pinscher mix, possibly with a little German Shepherd. His date of birth is approximately June 2009. He is around 40 lbs. He barks at the cats. He is a little timid when he first meets new people but then he warms up quickly and likes to snugglle. He loves going on car rides. He thrives on attention and is very food motivated. He can be easily trained with a treat. He loves playing with squeaky toys and balls. He is house trained with a doggy door.
He goes outside with the other dogs and runs circles around the yard then comes in and takes a nap. He is crate trained. We are still working on leash manners. He just wants to run and play.
Because he is a long time rescue, we have lowered his adoption fee to $125. We would love to a loving family for him.
The $125 adoption fee includes vaccinations, Bordetella, vet check, de-worming, rabies, spay/neuter and microchip. There is a $10.99 fee to Home Again for a lifetime registration of the microchip.

Puppies cannot be adopted outside of the Houston area until they are spay/neutered after they are 4 months old.
It is against the law in the State of Texas for a rescue not to be sterilized so we have to make sure it gets completed and that we have record of it.
