Bandito lived by a grocery store for a long time. No one remembers when he showed up. But everyone that came in and out of there, fed him. A homeless man had made him a water bowl out of the bottom of a milk carton. He made sure he had water but I think the food was plentiful from others. When we got out to give him dog food he was happy, but happier to be petted and loved on. We loved on him and fed him and then went to leave. As we left, he chased our car and that was heart breaking. He would sit down and shake your hand too!! I think he is a young guy who has lots of energy. And I think he understands Spanish too as the homeless man was Spanish speaking.

Bandito loves car rides! He enjoys sitting on the passenger's seat and just look out the window or put his head on my lap.  Favorite Treat: Raw Lamb bones and yogurt.  Gets along with people, children, and small toddlers; gets along with all dogs, it takes a little to warm up to alpha big dogs; not well with cats.  True sweet heart, great disposition, great personality and always in a good mood, wagging his tail all the time, loves to fetch tennis balls, does well outside playing and inside just lying around playing with the kids. No chewing things or scratching doors.
 
Not food agressive with people; growls at another dog if he/she gets near him while eating. Very alert and smart, always grateful for a hug and kiss. Enjoys belly rubs. Would make a great watch dog too.

The adoption fee includes vaccinations, Bordetella, de-worming, rabies, spay/neuter and microchip. There is a an additional $12.99 fee for Home Again for a lifetime registration of the microchip.

Puppies cannot be adopted outside of the Houston area until they are spay/neutered after they are 4 months old.

It is against the law in the State of Texas for a rescue not to be sterilized so we have to make sure it gets completed and that we have record of it.
