My name is Lucy and I promise to melt your heart with my stunning eyes! When I was just a newborn, a nice lady rescued me from my yard before my eyes were open. My owners had moved out of their house, took my mommy and left me and my siblings. My foster mommy took me and my brother, Bear, and bottle fed us until we could eat big puppy food on our own. I'm a big girl now and learning new things every day. I love to play but I'm a real snuggler too! I can be shy and timid but will warm up to you quickly. I'm sometimes scared of loud noises, like big barking dogs and thunder and like to go in my crate until I know the coast is clear. I am good with using the potty pads in my pen but still have a few accidents when I get to run around the house. I also know how to use a doggy door when my foster mommy takes us outside to play. I'm a fan of tug of war, especially with socks and I like to chew on everything so I'm going to need a lot of cool things to keep me busy. I get along well with the other dogs in my home, big and small, and I get to play with kids of all ages every day. At night, after my foster family wears me out, I love to snuggle with them and take a nap. I'm almost ready for my furever home and hope that you will let me pick you!
