Maddy is our unique foster. Everyday she surprises us in new ways. When she came to our home, she was shy, a little under weight and her favorite spot to be was under the dining room table.
After 3 months, Maddy is ready for her forever home. She plays and runs with her foster sisters. She’s calm and reserved but has no problem letting you know when she wants affection! She likes soft toys and blankets. She is happy bringlung herself a blanket under the table for a long nap.
She will do best in a home with another dog that is comfortable with her submissive nature and owners that have patience to let her come to them.
Maddy was very pregnant when she was trapped. So pregnant that the day after she was trapped, she gave birth to 4 very healthy babies. Since being fostered she has spent time with multiple other dogs including one of her puppies without incident.
We are excited to meet the family that will love Maddy forever!

The adoption fee includes vaccinations, Bordetella, de-worming, rabies, spay/neuter and microchip. There is a an additional $12.99 fee for Home Again for a lifetime registration of the microchip.
Puppies cannot be adopted outside of the Houston area until they are spay/neutered after they are 4 months old.
It is against the law in the State of Texas for a rescue not to be sterilized so we have to make sure it gets completed and that we have record of it.
NOTE: In our bios, we provide information based on our volunteer's experience with a particular dog; such as temperament, training, and ability to get along with others.
AARF is a 501(c)3 Non Profit, all breed, no kill organization. Our group is always in need of donations in order to continue to give the needed medical care to our rescues. Adoption fees do not begin to cover all of the medical costs. Any donation, no matter how small is a big help and is greatly appreciated. Please help us to continue to help them. Thank you.
