Hi! I'm Chase! My foster family named chase becase I never stop chasing my foster brothers and sister. I was dumped on the side of the road and a good family found me a few hours later, they took me in. I'm so lucky they found me and found a foster family and a rescue to take me in. I've been living with with 3 German shepherds, 1 shihtzu, 2 little girls and a newborn and of course their mom and dad I LOVE the girls but I think they don't like it when I sit on them because I'm a BIG playful puppy. I love to take naps next to the newborn baby. we take long naps together and keep each other company. My foster parents have potty and crate trained me. I do ok on a leash but I prefer a harness. They keep saying they won't be able to carry me out of the crate much longer, I didn't know why, I love it when they carry me. I dont Mind going in on my own but sometimes I refuse to move off of the couch! I play a lot outside with my older foster siblings but I also love to be inside laying on the couch with an adult or dog bed with my favorite stuffed animals. I carry them where ever I go and they make me happy. I'm trying to get the whole fetching game down but I rather just lay out in the sun. Im very smart and loving! I take care of my foster human sisters when they cry- I don't like it- it breaks my heart so I just lay down at their feet or put my head on their lap to make them feel better. I lov human contact and of course snacks Pig ears are my favorit!
please consider giving me a chance! I promise I'll be the best family dog you can imshine! Hope to meet you soon.
Puppies that are under 4 months old cannot be adopted outside of our Veterinary Service area. Please call for specific locations.
Children under 8 years old often are not a good match for our puppies and dogs. In order to protect both, your child and our rescued dogs/puppies from harm, we seldom if ever adopt to families with young children.
Once your application is approved, we will schedule a meet and greet at one of our adoption events. Thank you for considering a rescue!

It is against the law in the State of Texas for a rescue not to be sterilized so we have to make sure it gets completed and that we have record of it.
NOTE: In our bios, we provide information based on our volunteer's experience with a particular dog; such as temperament, training, and ability to get along with others.
AARF is a 501(c)3 Non Profit, all breed, no kill organization. Our group is always in need of donations in order to continue to give the needed medical care to our rescues. Adoption fees do not begin to cover all of the medical costs. Any donation, no matter how small is a big help and is greatly appreciated. Please help us to continue to help them. Thank you.
