Libby and her sister, Stephanie, are lab/pointer mixes. Their dob is Dec 27, 2010. She is playful and enjoys running around the yard with the other dogs in her foster home. She loves playing with her toys. She really loves the water. She is house trained with a doggy door. Puppies cannot be adopted outside of the Houston area until they are spay/neutered after they are 4 months old.
It is against the law in the State of Texas for a rescue not to be sterilized so we have to make sure it gets completed and that we have record of it.
