While at the HCAC a volunteer foster saw a woman walking away from the front desk with a little puppy on her arms. She said he found him on crate, at a park and left there, among the bushes. She took him to the county animal shelter. There she was ben turned away to surreder him at another location outside of the county. She walked away irritated mumbling she didn't have time for Mickey.
A six sense of protection to the little one, the volunteer followed the woman, to see her dropping little Mickey at the parking lot. She ran to pick the poor little angel running after the car. She cuddle him on her arms, helding close, and took him away from that horrible place. They drove off together, she gave him a foster home and a wonderful rescue group that will make sure he had love, care and security, until a wonderful family came along. Mickey knew he will never be abandoned again.
He is a sweet, happy, and full of energy puppy. He walks well on his leash, goes out for walks, love little stuffed animals to shake and throw in the air, plays well with other dogs, and just looks at the cats trying to figure out why this puppy meows and looks different than him. Mickey is doing well on his potty training, and he needs to be taken outside after meals, so he won't have accidentes in the house. His coat is very shiny and soft to the touch. He has a semiround little black spot on top of his head, making him look like a "piggy bank"..but he is not. He cries if left too long on the kennell, but he does very well behind a gated area. He eats grain free and healthy puppy food. Mickey is just the sweetest puppy who dreams to find the perfect family to take him in and never, never, leave him abandoned again.
