Trooper shows the true spirit of the boxer breed.   Gentle, intelligent, loving, and strong.   He has survived being abandoned, being injured, having to have a leg amputated.   And, yet - He is happy and playful.   The missing leg does not keep him down.

Potty trained, leash trained.   Sits on command.   Loves to romp and play and sit on your lap for a cuddle.  This young man is going to be a wonderful dog.   He will need a firm hand and consistent training, but he is well on his way.   He climbs stairs, runs and plays with the pack.   He has been known to jump spans of up to 7 feet wide.   He is amazing!

Won't you be the one to give Trooper his forever home?

Please contact Cindy @ cindyfitzgerald@sbcglobal.net  for more information about this dog or to schedule a meet and greet.
You can apply online by clicking on Application . Once your application is approved, we will schedule a meet and greet at one of our adoption events. Thank you for considering a rescue!

AARF is a 501(c)3 Non Profit, all breed, no kill organization. Our group is always in need of donations in order to continue to give the needed medical care to our rescues. Adoption fees do not begin to cover all of the medical costs. Any donation , no matter how small is a big help and is greatly appreciated. Please help us to continue to help them. Thank you.
