Maggie is a beautiful girl. She is very submissive and loves the attention of her humans. Maggie gets along very well with other dogs unless the other dog shows signs of aggression toward her. Maggie does not like firecrackers she has high anxiety at any sound of firecrackers or anything sounding like firecrackers. Maggie's is very smart and catches on quickly. Maggie loves the attention she gets from children she is like a sponge. We have fell in love with her and would keep her but unfortunately we have our own dogs who has not accepted her into the pack. I promise you, You will fall head over hills in love with her.
Maggie was rescued July 4, 2014, scared into a garage by fireworks. She had the look of a girl who had been on her own for a while. Her foster was surprised 17 days later with a litter of 14 puppies!
Maggie has turned out to be a pretty mellow girl. She has been attacked by dogs in the past so she can be defensive if she feels threatened by a dog, but otherwise gets along fine with them. She loves to run and play in a big open area or in the back yard she will play with her human other dogs or alone.Maggie also likes her walks she presently walks twice a day. Maggie loves to go for long rides and spa dates. MAGGIE will do well with a single person or family with children and maybe up to one or two other dogs. Maggie is very loveable.
She does have a huge fear of fireworks, or anything resembling those sounds. not as much anxiety with thunder as with fireworks.
