Oh sweet Jolie! What a doll! She is a very intelligent puppy that Spent the first part of her short life as a stray and in a shelter. She's been such a joy to foster, and learned so much in a short time.

Jolie is crate trained, potty trained, uses our doggy door,  gently plays tug and chase with my much smaller dogs Stella and Maggie, walks well on a leash (enjoys walking around the neighborhood) loose leash! She LOVES stuffed animals- the first time I gave her one she didn't know what to do with it, I played tug with my dog, and within 5 minutes, they were playing tug together! She loves to run around the yard outdoors, and she is so curious about the world around her.

Jolie is extremely lovable and hasn't shown one sign of aggression. She's a puppy and doesn't always realize how big she is, but she is never aggressive.

My son is a dog trainer and spent several hours with her. He commented on her intelligence, her ability to concentrate at such a young age and how keenly she observes humans and other dogs. She sits, lies down, rolls over, waits until command and is learning not to jump- but sometimes she's just so excited, she can't help herself! She is such a sweet puppy!

Jolie is also a big cuddle bug and lies perfectly still for belly rubs! She only wants to love and be loved and will be a loyal companion to whomever is lucky enough to adopt her!!

More about Jolie

Good with Dogs, Good with Kids

The adoption fee includes vaccinations, Bordetella, de-worming, rabies, spay/neuter and microchip. There is a an additional $12.99 fee for Home Again for a lifetime registration of the microchip.

Puppies cannot be adopted outside of the Houston area until they are spay/neutered after they are 4 months old.

It is against the law in the State of Texas for a rescue not to be sterilized so we have to make sure it gets completed and that we have record of it.

NOTE: In our bios, we provide information based on our volunteer's experience with a particular dog; such as temperament, training, and ability to get along with others.

AARF is a 501(c)3 Non Profit, all breed, no kill organization. Our group is always in need of donations in order to continue to give the needed medical care to our rescues. Adoption fees do not begin to cover all of the medical costs. Any donation , no matter how small is a big help and is greatly appreciated. Please help us to continue to help them. Thank you.
