Hagrid is a sweet and feisty little fellow. He's a bundle of energy when playing but then loves to snuggle up and snooze on your lap. He's an explorer and loves adventuring in the back yard. He has the cutest little trail of curly hair down his spine and the softest brown eyes. He'll melt your heart :-)
He's been fostered in a home with a 2.5 year old toddler and they get along great. He's a perfect family dog or a snuggler for a single person.
Though it's hard to believe that this bundle of cute will grow up to be a great protector, he's got all the right potential and is working on an adorable growl/bark that is sure to warm your heart (and run off the bad guys when he gets older, lol).
He's crate-trained and well on his way to being house-broken.
Please consider offering him a furever home- you won't be disappointed. Check out the rest of the litter too- Hooch, Hogwarts, Hedwig and Hufflepuff.
Litter rescued by MIIS Saidies' Rescue and trasnferred to AARF Houston. Litter became Orphans when someone deliberately ran over momma and killed her. They were pulled out from under the house they were born in and taken into rescue where they were immediately given proper care. 3 of this litter of 8 passed away because they just were not strong enough to carry on. The remaining 5 babies are going strong.
Soon to be available to go to their forever homes. Apply now to be considered for adoption.

The adoption fee includes vaccinations, Bordetella, de-worming, rabies, spay/neuter and microchip. There is a an additional $12.99 fee for Home Again for a lifetime registration of the microchip.
Puppies cannot be adopted outside of the Houston area until they are spay/neutered after they are 4 months old.
It is against the law in the State of Texas for a rescue not to be sterilized so we have to make sure it gets completed and that we have record of it.
NOTE: In our bios, we provide information based on our volunteer's experience with a particular dog; such as temperament, training, and ability to get along with others.
AARF is a 501(c)3 Non Profit, all breed, no kill organization. Our group is always in need of donations in order to continue to give the needed medical care to our rescues. Adoption fees do not begin to cover all of the medical costs. Any donation, no matter how small is a big help and is greatly appreciated. Please help us to continue to help them. Thank you.
